Our Story

HHP was born out of a desire for a better way to do health. Our founder, a former colorectal and pelvic floor surgeon, stepped out of the NHS over a decade ago to enter the world of aesthetics. After opening her first aesthetics clinic in SE London, she discovered a group of wonderful women who simply wanted to look and feel better. This sparked a passion to help them, and many others, achieve their health and wellness goals.

When COVID-19 hit in 2020, it became clear that we could do more than run an aesthetics clinic. It was time to deliver a better model of health care, one that combines functional medicine with ancient wisdom and cutting-edge testing. This model, which we've been delivering for over five years, has changed many lives. Our vision is to share our knowledge and reach even more people.

Our founder's journey as a surgeon, aesthetics practitioner, functional medicine doctor, and business owner has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has set up and run two successful aesthetic and wellness clinics for 10 years and has acted as a mentor for many practitioners in this space.

Her specialist training has been delivered from well-established institutions and experts in various fields, including the Institute of Functional Medicine, Metabolic Terrain Institute, Khalish Institute, A4M, Tanya Borowski's mentorship programme, Nutritigenomics Practioner Programme by LifecodeGx, and the British School of Meditation.

She has also acted as a medical advisor and consultant for many prestigious UK clinics, helping them introduce wellness services to their patients. In addition, she has created and launched the inaugural Medical Longevity Summit in 2023, which is part of CCR and now a familiar part of the aesthetics circuit.
